Jordan is a Financial Planner at Asset Planning Services. In his role, he supports our client relationships in the financial planning process, as well as providing ongoing client services. Jordan is a summa cum laude graduate of Liberty University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Financial Planning.
Jordan earned the CFP® certification in April 2021. CFP® certification requires years of study as well as years of experience to earn the right to use the marks of a CFP®. Jordan began his progress towards CFP® certification while at Liberty University, taking Certified Financial Planner (“CFP”) Board-accredited coursework in financial planning, taxation, risk management, estate planning, and investments. After graduation in 2018, Jordan then passed the CFP® examination. Jordan has obtained all 6,000 required experience hours for CFP® certification while an employee of APS.
Jordan began his career with APS in 2017 as APS’ summer intern, working with the Operations and Client Services departments. Upon graduation, Jordan was offered a full-time roll with APS as a Wealth Management Project Specialist. Jordan has also held roles as a Client Service Representative and Financial Paraplanner. Prior to interning at APS, Jordan also interned at Corning Credit Union during the summers of 2015 and 2016 as a Client Service Representative. During his time at Liberty University, Jordan also volunteered at “Schools Out”, an afterschool program through Lynchburg, Virginia’s Parks and Recs department.
Jordan is also working towards obtaining the Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®) designation. Jordan, a native of Horseheads, NY, resides in Schwenksville, PA with his wife Bonnie Jean.
