APS adds email-to-text Capabilities for Timely Client Contact

In early 2018, APS began beta-testing email-to-text functionality with a small group of clients.  This new capability is meant to help us make relatively urgent contact with you in a non-invasive manner, as well as to deliver other information to you in a timely manner.

Beginning in June of 2018, we are offering this to all clients at your individual request. To initiate this capability, please contact your Client Service Representative (CSR).

 

Please note, this functionality is limited to the 8 primary U.S.-based cell phone carriers.
